The VarPlus detuned reactor are designed to protect the capacitor by preventing the amplification of the harmonics present in the system.
Capacitors and Reactors are configured in Series resonant circuit.
Tuned so that the series resonant frequency is below the lowest harmonic frequency present in the system.
This reactor is rated for 12.5 kVar output power with 3.8/190 Hz tuning order at 400V AC at 50 Hz.
Relative impedance, 7 %.
This component meet the standards IEC 60068.
This component require a forced convection, a fan need to be added.
The case dimensions are 220mm in height, 240mm in width and 160mm in depth.
